Adore U ships goods Australia wide and internationally.
Postage Australia Wide is flat rate of AUD $5.00 using Australia Post. Goods will be sent between 3-7 business days upon receipt of paid order, shipping time will be longer for overseas depending on your location.
For any special requests or urgent orders, please note in the comments field when you pay for your purchase.
Adore U is committed to providing exceptional customer service and
quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed
on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and
correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to
fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange
an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Postage Overseas is flat rate of AUD $7.00 using Australia Post.
Not all countries have been added onto our website (only because this
is a massive data entry task) however we are happy to add your country
by request.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
You may return a product if the product is faulty. Intention to return must be made within 4 days of receipt of delivery, and description of fault is required. Where the goods are faulty, Adore U will reimburse standard Australia post costs for you to return the item to us. You may then choose either a refund or exchange to equal value of the original value purchased. We are happy to exchange an item if it is the wrong size. Exchange items should be returned within 7 days with buyer paying return postage. Re-postage costs will also be charged in the event of an exchange.
